Your Questions, Answered

  • Working with me is a collaborative and thoughtful process.

From the first conversation to the final tattoo, I guide you through each step so you feel comfortable and informed. We take time to refine the design, find the right placement, and make sure everything feels aligned before we begin.

My studio is a calm, private space where you can relax and be fully present in the experience.

For many clients, getting tattooed here feels less like an appointment and more like a meaningful moment they’ll remember for years to come.

  • I see tattooing as more than just creating a design — it’s an experience.

Every tattoo I create is custom and thoughtfully designed to flow with your body and carry personal meaning. I work in a calm, private studio environment where clients feel comfortable, supported, and involved in the process from start to finish.

Before each session, I often invite clients to take a moment to set an intention for their tattoo — a small ritual that turns the experience into something more personal and memorable.

My goal isn’t just to give you a tattoo, but to create something meaningful that you’ll carry with you for life.

  • To book, you’ll submit a request with your idea, placement, and size.

Once details are confirmed, a deposit is required to secure your appointment.

The deposit goes toward your final price.

  • My work is priced hourly, and the total cost depends on the size, placement, and level of detail involved in the design.

During the booking process, I’ll provide an estimated time range so you have a general idea of the investment for your piece. Every tattoo is custom and thoughtfully designed, so pricing can vary depending on the project.

A deposit is required to secure your appointment, and it will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.

My focus is always on creating a piece that is carefully designed, well executed, and meant to last — both visually and personally.

  • I create illustrative blackwork tattoos inspired by folklore and vintage engraving.

My work is influenced by engraving, woodcut, and linocut illustration, with a focus on expressive line work and textured shading.

I’m especially drawn to designs inspired by mythology, nature, symbolism, and storybook imagery — often featuring characters, creatures, and meaningful objects.

  • I’m most excited by projects that carry a sense of story, symbolism, or imagination.

I love creating tattoos inspired by mythology, nature, old stories, and symbolic imagery. Characters, mystical creatures, mermaids, skeletons, clowns, botanical elements, and meaningful objects are some of my favorite things to work with.

I’m especially drawn to designs that feel a little whimsical, a little mysterious, and that spark curiosity.

If you come with an idea, a feeling, or a story you’d like to mark in a lasting way, I’d love to help translate that into a tattoo.

  • Not at all. You can come with a concept, a feeling, a memory, or a few reference images.

My role is to help you translate that into a tattoo that feels right for you and your body.

  • Yes. You’re welcome to bring references, personal artwork, or designs started by someone else.

We’ll use them as inspiration and refine the final design together so it flows well on your body and works as a tattoo.

  • Yes. I’ll send you the design before your appointment so you have time to review it.

You’ll be able to share feedback and request adjustments if needed. The goal is to make sure the design feels right to you before the day of your session.

On the appointment day, we’ll also review the design together, confirm placement on your body, and make any final adjustments before we begin tattooing.

  • That’s okay. Honest communication is important.

If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll talk through it and make changes.

You should never feel pressured to move forward.

  • Everyone experiences pain differently. Most people describe it as uncomfortable but manageable.

We can take breaks as needed, and your comfort always comes first.

  • This depends on the size, placement, and detail of the tattoo.

I’ll give you an estimated time frame when we discuss your project.

  • Eat a good meal, stay hydrated, and get a good night’s rest.

Avoid alcohol the night before. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area.

  • After your appointment, I’ll explain aftercare step by step and provide written instructions.

Healing is part of the process, and I’m always here if you have questions.

  • Yes.

The Ritual Room is a calm, respectful, and inclusive space.

Your comfort, boundaries, and experience matter just as much as the tattoo itself.

  • My work is for people who see tattoos as something meaningful.

Many of my clients come to mark a moment in their lives — a transformation, a memory, a symbol, or a story they want to carry with them.

Some are getting their very first tattoo. Others have many, but are looking for an experience that feels more intentional and personal.

If you value thoughtful design, symbolism, and a calm space where the process matters just as much as the tattoo itself, then we’ll likely be a great fit.

  • My process is thoughtful and intentional, which means it may not be the right fit for everyone.

If you’re looking for a very fast turnaround, exact replicas of existing tattoos, or price-driven decisions, I may not be the best artist for your project.

I take time to design each piece specifically for the person wearing it, and I work at a pace that prioritizes quality, comfort, and meaning.

If you’re open to a collaborative process and value a tattoo that feels personal and lasting, then we’ll likely work very well together.
